DEKA Trifecta Weekend London

About this event

The 2026 London West DEKA Trifecta Weekend offers multiple hybrid fitness challenges, including DEKA FIT, Mile, Strong, Ruck, and Ultra. Participants can race individually or as a team in Farnborough, Hampshire. DEKA brings a full weekend of hybrid fitness racing to Farnborough. The event features DEKA FIT, DEKA Mile, DEKA Strong, DEKA Ruck, and DEKA Ultra, catering to all fitness levels. Athletes can complete individual races or aim for a Trifecta by finishing DEKA Strong, Mile, and FIT within the calendar year. The course is designed with 10 functional fitness zones. This event is a qualifier for the DEKA World Championship 2027. Options for racing as a team or carrying a weighted rucksack are available. The event supports Cancer Research UK.

Race format

DEKA FIT: 10 functional fitness zones, each separated by 500m of running (5km total running). DEKA Mile: 10 functional fitness zones, each separated by 160m of running (1 mile total running). DEKA Strong: 10 functional fitness zones, no running. DEKA Ruck: DEKA course with a weighted rucksack. DEKA Ultra: Five laps of the DEKA FIT course (50 zones, 25km running).
