Join 4EVERFIT at Bedford International Athletic Stadium, Bedford, on Saturday 30th January 2027 for a hybrid fitness race combining running, strength and endurance in a supportive, community-driven atmosphere. This will be an indoor event. Take on 4 runs, 4 sprints and 7 stations, including sled push/pull, alternating dumbbell snatches, burpee broad jumps, farmers carry, RAM thrusters, sandbag lunges and kettlebell deadlifts. Choose your challenge from three levels—Foundation, Thrive and Everstrong—with running distances and workout requirements tailored to different fitness abilities. Enter solo or team up in the male, female or mixed doubles divisions to share the effort.
