We're inviting just 20 organisations to join us at the very beginning as official Fitness Race Finder Founding Organisers.
These 20 organisations will receive permanent recognition and benefits that won't be offered again.

What Founding Organisers receive
Founding Organiser status for life
Permanent recognition as one of the original 20. A Founding Organiser badge and your own number, from #01 to #20, sits on your public organiser profile for good.
12 months Premium included
Twelve months of the relevant Premium organiser and listing features, free from your activation date.
50% Premium discount for life
After the first year, 50% off the standard price of the equivalent Premium organiser or listing product, for as long as your organisation remains active.
Unlimited free event listings
List every qualifying fitness racing event and organised race simulation on Fitness Race Finder, free of charge.
Inaugural FRF Awards nomination
Eligible Founding Organisers automatically receive a nomination in an appropriate category at the first Fitness Race Finder Awards.
The lifetime discount applies to Premium organiser and listing products only, and not to other Fitness Race Finder products such as advertising, sponsorship, awards tickets or event services. Awards nominations remain subject to the eventual FRF Awards eligibility criteria and rules, and do not guarantee being shortlisted or winning.

What we ask from our Founding Organisers
We're offering significant long-term benefits because we want the original 20 organisations to genuinely help establish and shape Fitness Race Finder.
Keep their events accurate
Keep your organiser profile and event information reasonably up to date, either by managing listings yourself or sending us what we need to do it for you.
Help us announce the partnership
Join an initial announcement confirming you've become one of the 20 Founding Organisers — ideally a collaborative Instagram or Facebook post. We create the artwork and suggested copy.
Support us socially
Where it makes sense, tag, mention or share Fitness Race Finder when you promote relevant events. No set number of posts — just genuine advocacy.
Link to Fitness Race Finder
Where it's reasonably practical, add a link from your website or event pages to your Fitness Race Finder profile.
Help shape the platform
Occasionally share your thoughts on features, organiser tools and event discovery as the platform develops.
Content permission
Allow us to use your organisation name, logo, supplied or public event imagery and event information when promoting your events, your profile and the Founding Organiser partnership.
We give our Founding Organisers long-term benefits. In return, they help us build, improve and introduce Fitness Race Finder to the fitness racing community. You'll be permanently recognised as one of the 20 organisations that helped build Fitness Race Finder from the beginning.
Social proof
There will only ever be 20.
Once all 20 Founding Organiser places have been activated, the programme closes permanently.

Who can apply
Who can apply?
Founding Organiser status is intended for legitimate organisations delivering fitness racing events or organised fitness race simulations.
Applying does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Fitness Race Finder retains discretion over which organisations are accepted — the quality and credibility of the Founding 20 matters, so we're not simply giving the first 20 form submissions Founding status.
