About this event
The HYROX Cardiff event takes place at the Principality Stadium, a major UK sporting venue, marking the close of the 2026/27 season. The event offers a finish-line atmosphere for both new participants and experienced athletes seeking personal bests. Each race package includes a coveted HYROX finisher's patch, individual finisher time with split timings for each workout, and eligibility for age group award ceremonies. Qualification slots for the World Championships are available in certain age groups. Aid stations are provided throughout the course: pre, during, and post-event. Spectators can enjoy a view from the Thunderdome to watch racers. Further details on race schedule, laps to run, relay briefing, and athlete check-in times will be announced closer to the event date. Participants must bring physical ID for check-in. The event offers charity ticket options with fundraising commitments and Macmillan Cancer Support as a partner.
