Regular HYROX weights are used for the events (open male and female categories), with Pro options available upon request. Wave times will be sent 7 days prior to the event. Refunds are not available, but transfers are accepted up to 10 days before the competition. The event takes place at Marrtree Business Park, Cedar Way, Sowerby, North Yorkshire.
