Test your fitness at this HYROX Simulation event in London, featuring all 8 HYROX stations and 8 x 1km runs. Scalable run distances available. Organised by CrossFit Dawn. Join the HYROX Simulation Experience at CrossFit Dawn in London. This in-person event features all 8 HYROX stations with 8 x 1km runs. The run distance can be scaled to 800m or 400m if desired. The order of stations varies slightly from an official HYROX event, including sled push, sled pull, Ski Erg, burpee broad jump, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunge, and wall balls. Participants need to arrive 20 minutes before their wave time for registration and a briefing. Parking is available in surrounding streets or a supermarket car park.
