The simulation includes all 8 HYROX workout stations completed in official order, with weights and movements matched to chosen divisions, alongside 8 x 500m runs for pacing practice. Both singles and doubles teams can test their fitness, pacing, communication, and transitions in a race-style setup to identify areas for improvement and build confidence.
