Mecca Hyrox Sim 5.0 is Europe's biggest indoor HYROX simulation event, taking place at the Eikon Exhibition Centre in Lisburn. Participate in individual, doubles, or relay team categories in this functional fitness race. Mecca Hyrox Sim 5.0, fuelled by Fit Foods, is described as Europe's biggest indoor HYROX simulation event, building on previous successful simulations. Held at the Eikon Exhibition Centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, the event features the classic HYROX format: 8 functional fitness stations interspersed with 1km runs, for a total of 8km running and 8 stations. Participants can compete as individuals, in doubles (male, female, mixed), or for the first time, in relay teams of four athletes. The event is suitable for all experience levels, even those new to HYROX, and will be fully indoors. Timing chips are provided, and all finishers receive a badge. Expected to attract 2000 participants, it's positioned as an ideal preparation for actual HYROX events.

Race format

8 functional fitness stations with 1KM run between each (total 8KM run). Doubles share workload at stations. Relays (4 athletes) complete 2x1KM runs and 2x stations each.
