Coach led gym in Cheshire offering monthly FULL and HALF HYROX Simulations. We are an official HYROX partner gym and have been running HYROX simulations since Autumn 2024. We have become known as the 'best in the North West' for sims with athletes regularly travelling from all over the UK. Our sims are run true to race day in format, offer professional coaching and timed events, with categories including; Half/Full, Male, Female, Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
