SHEROX is Wales’ first trademarked women’s-only functional fitness event - created by a woman, exclusively for women. Built on the belief that fitness should be inclusive, supportive and confidence-building, SHEROX provides a welcoming environment where women of all abilities can challenge themselves, connect with others and celebrate what they can achieve. More than just a competition, SHEROX brings women together, creating a genuine sense of community and connection.
