SHEROX - FEMALE ONLY FUNCTIONAL FITNESS EVENT Competitors take on 12 functional fitness stations, entering the Solo, Doubles or Triples category. Participants may only compete in one category. CATEGORIES, PRICING AND SCORING - SOLO – £39.50 One competitor completes all 12 stations. Competitors are ranked by their individual total completion time. DOUBLES – £79 per team Teams consist of two competitors. One team member must complete the booking on behalf of the whole team. Teams can divide the 12 stations between themselves however they choose. Each station must be completed in full by the competitor who starts it. Handovers can only take place between stations. This allows each competitor to take on the stations that best suit her strengths. Teams are ranked by the total time taken to complete all 12 stations. TRIPLES – £118.50 per team Teams consist of three competitors. One team member must complete the booking on behalf of the whole team. Teams can divide the 12 stations between themselves however they choose. Each station must be completed in full by the competitor who starts it. Handovers can only take place between stations. This is a great way to enjoy SHEROX as a team, reduce the individual workload and allow each competitor to take on the stations that best suit her strengths. Teams are ranked by the total time taken to complete all 12 stations. Participants are required for both heats, competing in one and acting as a rep counter in the other. STATION RULES • 4-minute maximum per station • Finish early → rest until rotation • If required reps are not completed within 4 minutes, a 60-second penalty is added (station time becomes 5 minutes) • If form is poor and more than one warning given, judge can add 60 sec penalty. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be passed on to another person.
