Participants can choose from seven different race formats including Solo, Elite, Doubles, Pro Doubles (with weighted vests), Relay, NextGen (junior race), and Sidekicks (adult and junior team). Prices start from £35. Optional upgrades like FLATOUT+ for VIP treatment and a defer option are available. Waves are assigned after checkout based on booking order. Race format

Seven formats are available: Solo, Elite, Doubles, Pro Doubles, Relay, NextGen, Sidekicks. Pro Doubles requires both participants to wear weighted vests (3kg for women, 5kg for men).
